Delivery options and timings vary by product because some items are dispatched from our UK hub and others are fulfilled by specialist partners around the world. The clearest, most up-to-date information sits on each product page, just above the Add to basket button — always check there before ordering.

Typical timings

Most UK orders arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch. International orders usually take 7–21 working days depending on destination and customs. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Worldwide shipping

We ship to most countries and are always expanding. If checkout won't let you select your location — or you're hoping to find a specific product — email hello@roamandrefresh.com and we'll do our best to help.

Customs & duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, local import duties or taxes may apply on arrival. These are set by your country's customs authority, not by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
