We only collect the information we genuinely need to run your order and support you afterwards — your name, delivery address, contact details and order history.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, respond to questions, and (only if you've opted in) send occasional useful care notes and offers. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties beyond the partners strictly needed to fulfil your order (payment processor, courier).

Marketing emails

Newsletter emails only go to addresses given to us with clear consent. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also email hello@roamandrefresh.com to be removed straight away.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@roamandrefresh.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
